Mississauga, ON - April 22, 2008 - Ingram Micro announced today that it is the recipient of a regional award for Canadian Distributor of the Year. Cisco unveiled the winners on April 9th at its Worldwide Distribution meeting in Honolulu.

"I had the honor and privilege of recognizing Ingram Micro as a Cisco distributor partner regional award winner," said Dave O'Callaghan, vice president of distribution for worldwide channels at Cisco.   "The Canadian Distributor of the Year recognizes Ingram Micro's performance and success as a Cisco distributor in Canada in 2007."

Honorees were selected from a list of more than 150 Cisco distributors worldwide for outstanding performance in 2007. Award winners were nominated by their Cisco theater sales teams. Selections were based on an ability to deliver incremental business, maximize profitability throughout the supply chain and align with key Cisco strategies.  The honorees were selected from the three segments of Cisco distribution partners: global, regional and specialty.
