Our Marketing Credit Program allows APB Members to earn free marketing credits and access to Ingram Micro's in-house Marketing Agency to drive sales through professional, co-branded marketing materials and events. 

The following describes the Cisco APB Marketing Credit Program including eligibility rules, program rules and credit redemption.

Enrollment Process
  • All members of the APB program are automatically enrolled in the program.
Earning Credits
  • Once enrolled you will receive credits based on total net sales on Cisco product purchases from Ingram Micro Canada, starting from April 1st, 2009.
  • Credits can be redeemed for Cisco co-branded marketing only.
Credit Value and Accruals
  • Partners will accumulate marketing dollars (1.5% of net sales for the quarter). Partners can earn up to a maximum of $1,000 per quarter.
  • Once you earn a minimum of $300 credits, you will be contacted by a member of the Ingram Micro Marketing Services Team to determine how to best use those credits.
  • Partners have the option to use cash to increase the value of their credits and purchase additional services, where the credit requirements haven’t been met for specific services. 
  • Partners can choose to use their marketing dollars in a given quarter, or they can save them up and use them later in the year for a larger marketing initiative.
Redeeming Credits
  • Partners will be contacted on a quarterly basis to redeem accrued credits once a minimum of $300 credits have been earned.
  • Credits must be redeemed through Ingram Micro Marketing for Cisco co-branded activities only.
  • Partners must redeem credits within four quarters of earning (ex. Credits earned in Q1/2009 must be redeemed by the end of Q1/2010)
  • Credits older than four quarters will expire. No rollover or credit of credits will be provided.
Terms and Conditions
  • Upon enrollment in the Cisco APB Marketing Credit Program, current net sales apply (regardless of the enrollment date within the quarter).
  • Net sales prior to the enrollment quarter are not eligible.
  • Credits are not transferable to different vendors.
  • Credits carry no cash value and cannot be converted to cash or account credits.
  • Credits and cash can be combined to purchase marketing credits.
  • Customers’ Ingram Micro account must be current and in good standing
  • Ingram Micro and Cisco reserve the right to terminate or modify the Cisco APB Marketing Credit Program at any time.
  • Partners are required to comply with the APB program requirements in order to maintain eligibility for the Cisco APB Marketing Credit Program.
  • All marketing options must include content related to Cisco.

Cisco’s APB Marketing Program gives you the tools to stand out from your competition and drive demand through professional looking co-branded marketing materials and events.

**All pieces will be co-branded with Cisco, along with any Cisco certifications highlighted, incorporating announcements of partnerships or investments with Cisco and/or business practices related to Cisco.**

  • Refine your image and define how your customers see your compay using a variety of branding initiatives to increase sales. These are great tools for positioning as well as defining your differentiator to your customers.
    Office Collateral, includes a 5 1/2”x8 1/2” Cisco Window Decal and two 18”x22” Posters. $300
  • Business Card Design. $375

  • Press Release. $750
  • Logo Refresh includes a redesign of your existing logo to update or realign your logo with your company image and focus. $1,000
  • Custom Sell Sheet includes an interview for requirements, copywriting and design. Includes 50 color copies. Onesided $1,200, Double-sided $1,500
  • Company Brochure based on a tri-fold 8 1/2” x 11” sheet, that will help you define your company so that endusers understand the business and offerings, more specifically the offerings and value of Cisco solutions. Includes an interview for requirements, copywriting and design. Includes 50 color copies. $1,800
  • Website Creative includes a design of a home page and up to 7 additional pages (site should have some Cisco related content). $3,500

Target your Current Customers

  • Focus on your existing customers to grow your business.
    Customer Lunch Training Session designed to assist you in educating your customers in order to help them understand Cisco’s technologies. The end user will also learn how these technologies will affect their business and how technology can assist them. $4,000
  • Customized eBlasts includes the design of the template, and initial content. $1,750
  • Additional eBlasts using original template, with updated content. $500
  • Distribution of eBlasts to your existing customer list is available, and will be quoted on an inividual basis depending on list size and detail of list management.
  • Demand Generation Telemarketing targeted at your existing client base with a telemarketing campaign that is an excellent tool for events, customer satisfaction or surveys. $550 (for 100 calls)

  • Demand Generation Email including co-branded email design and distribution. $6,600
  • Demand Generation Telemarketing Campaign designed to identify customers that fit your ideal customer profile. $5,400
  • Appointment Generation Program delivering you set appointments with decision makers in your target market. Qualified appointments are only approved and delivered to you once we’ve talked with a decision maker, determined a need for your unique offering, confirmed a budget or timeline to implement a solution and a specific face to face meeting has been verbalized and confirmed with an email. $7,000
